Livingry Operations · AI general contracting

You run the business. We coordinate the AI stack behind it.

Livingry Operations curates, integrates, and governs specialist AI tools inside the systems you already run — closing the places where leads, estimates, customers, knowledge, and trust leak away, with humans accountable throughout.

01 · The AI general contractor role

What is AI general contracting?

An outside partner who curates, integrates, and governs AI tools across your operation the way a building general contractor hires and coordinates subcontractors.

A general contractor does not pour the foundation or run the wire. They hire the right subs, sequence the work, hold them to scope, and own the result. For your business’s AI stack, we play that role. You never need to choose between two scheduling tools, stand up a retrieval layer, or work out how a chatbot should behave against your CRM. That is our job.

Running an HVAC/R operation is already a full-time job, and AI tooling changes faster than any owner can track. Most of what is written about “AI for business” is either a vendor pitch or a shallow list. We sit between you and the AI vendors — testing, comparing, integrating, governing, and handing the keys back to your team.

The belief worth discarding first is that AI is one tool you can buy that will fix the leak. It is not. Every workflow that loses value has its own shape, and each leak needs the right tool wired in correctly — with a person still accountable for anything a customer will read as a promise.

Disclaimer: Livingry does not perform licensed HVAC work. We build operational systems; technical judgment, licensure, and customer relationships remain with your qualified team.

02 · Eight system families

Where does your business leak what it already earned?

Most businesses do not only have a lead problem. They have a leakage problem: attention is earned but not captured; trust is built but not carried forward; knowledge exists but cannot be used; and good prospects disappear between one step and the next.

Each of the eight system families below names a specific leak — and the AI work we take on to close it.

03 · How Livingry Operations is different

Not another AI platform

Generic AI platforms start with what they have. Livingry Operations starts with what your business actually needs — then curates, integrates, and governs the right tools to close it.

04 · Industries

Built for the realities of your industry

The underlying method stays consistent. The workflows, language, data, approvals, and handoffs must fit the business that will use them.

Active Implementation Focus

HVAC Companies

Recover missed calls, revive appropriate estimates, improve seasonal customer continuity, and give office teams faster, clearer ways to route real demand.

Planned Expansion — Not Yet Enrolling

Roofing Companies

Turn storm-season and homeowner interest into timely, well-routed conversations — with clearer service information, stronger inspection follow-up, and better continuity from first inquiry through estimate review.

05 · See how the systems coordinate

One operations layer over eight categories

Individual systems close individual leaks. The Ops layer is the ninth layer: it observes and coordinates across all eight categories, applies policy gates, and keeps a human in control of every consequential action.

The eighth system · Ops layer

One vendor-agnostic operations layer observes and coordinates the seven system categories — with policy gates, human approval, and an activity ledger.

The Ops layer does not replace your tools — it coordinates across the seven categories and keeps a human in control of every consequential action.

06 · Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You run an established U.S. HVAC/R operation
  • You lose leads, estimates, customers, or knowledge in ways you can name
  • You want AI to help your team, not replace your judgment
  • You want to own the tools and keep the records if the relationship ends
  • You are willing to measure whether a system is actually closing the leak

This is not for you if:

  • You want a platform that does everything for everyone
  • You need AI to make decisions without human review
  • You want the fastest, cheapest chatbot rather than the right system
  • You are looking for a strategy report instead of a working implementation
  • You cannot name a specific workflow or customer journey that is leaking value

07 · Common questions

Questions business owners ask

Straight answers about what an AI general contractor does, what we will not do, and where the human stays accountable.

What is an AI general contractor for trade businesses?

An outside partner who curates, integrates, and governs AI tools across your operation the way a building general contractor hires and coordinates subcontractors. You stay the owner and the decision-maker, and you never have to become an AI expert to get the benefit.

Do you sell AI software?

No. We integrate AI into the tools you already own — your CRM, inbox, calendar, and field-service software. You hold the accounts, keys, and admin access, and the systems keep running if our engagement ends.

Will the AI talk to my customers without me?

Only where you have explicitly approved it, with human review for anything a customer will read as a promise. In most implementations AI stays invisible to the customer: it drafts, routes, and summarizes, and your team commits.

Which AI tools do you use?

It depends on your operation. We are model- and stack-agnostic across frontier hosted, self-hosted, and hybrid setups, and we choose the smallest tool that reliably seals the leak rather than the largest platform available.

How long until I see results?

Measurement can begin in your first full operating cycle after a system goes live. How quickly change becomes visible depends on your baseline, the quality of your existing data, and the volume moving through that workflow — so we agree on the evidence before we build.

I run an HVAC company — what would you actually do for me?

Start with a free System Review. In one focused conversation we identify your highest-value leak, name the smallest system that would close it, and tell you what evidence would confirm it is closing. You get the written review whether or not we work together.

Find the highest-value leak

In one focused review, we identify where demand, customer trust, knowledge, or capacity is escaping — and the first system worth building to close it.
